Despite a damp start to the day, visitors were not deterred from visiting our annual fun day, which this year was held on Saturday 7th June. By the afternoon when the events opened the sun began to shine which helped to contribute to another successful event. Everyone who came seemed to enjoy themselves, particularly the children as the pictures show.
Thanks to the Village Hall Committee for all their hard work, to all volunteers who helped both before and during the event, to Charlie for the use of his field, to Seaside Radio for an excellent job in providing the music and making announcements, to the Holderness Vintage Machinery Club for loaning us the marquee, to Tesco for sponsoring the balloon race, to the “Mad Man of Magic” for keeping everyone entertained and his unending supply of modelled balloons, to South Holderness Majorettes, and to anyone else who helped in anyway whatsoever.
